Our dough is made with just four ingredients: water, yeast, sea salt, and Italian type 0 or 00 wheat flour (Caputo), ensuring the highest quality and flavor.

We pride ourselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients, sourcing basil and vegetables from local farms when in season. Our pizzas feature a thin crust, flash-cooked in a 900-degree oven, topped simply to let the natural flavors shine. Our cheese selection includes Fior di latte, Stracciatella, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di bufala, and Burrata. Neapolitan pizza is known for its soft, chewy texture, and a red sauce base may become wetter in the middle. We recommend folding our pizza like a taco, or using a fork and knife if you prefer. Each bite will transport you back to Naples, Italy.
